Thank you for using EasyOne File Uploader. This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of EasyOne File Uploader, a service provided by EasyOne, EasyOne File Uploader may be used only by those who agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If deemed necessary, we may change these Terms without prior notice to the user, and the user agrees to accept such changes.

By its nature, any page published on the Internet uses communication devices and networks that are not under the control of the service provider or the user on the communication path between the user and the service. Please be sure to understand that we cannot guarantee the communication between the user and EasyOne File Uploader in the same way. About Internet Access

Uploading files that fall into the following categories is prohibited.

1. Files that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
2. Files related to criminal activity.
3. Files that may interfere with the operation of EasyOne File Uploader.
4. Files that may cause disadvantage or damage to the Company or users.

The following actions are prohibited. If we detect a file related to any of the prohibited activities, we will treat the file as a "About Dangerous files". For details, please refer to the "About Dangerous files" section of these Terms.

1. Upload/download prohibited files.
2. Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
3. Conduct related to criminal activity.
4. Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in EasyOne File Uploader.
5. Actions that may interfere with the operation of EasyOne File Uploader.
   This refers to the following actions and others.
   • Pasting the download URL of a specific file on a bulletin board, etc., that is expected to receive a large number of hits.
   • Actions that overload servers and lines outside of normal use.
6. Use of EasyOne File Uploader for any unauthorized purpose.
7. Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
8. Other activities that the Company deems inappropriate.

The Operator may check the file information and delete any file that is detected as a "Dangerous File".

File information will not be provided or disclosed to other third parties without your permission. However, this does not apply in the following cases

• When disclosure is required by law.

We may collect user data and use it to the extent necessary for our business within the EasyOne.

EasyOne uses services provided by us, Google, and other third parties (hereinafter referred to as "third parties") to improve the quality of our services and to optimize advertisements displayed to users. In doing so, we use cookies, etc. issued by us, Google, and Third Parties to obtain information. Information obtained by cookies, etc. does not contain any information that can identify individual users. Information collected by Google and third parties will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy and terms of use of the relevant entity.

All data other than files uploaded to EasyOne File Uploader by users, trademarks, logos, and other intangible property of the Service belong to the Company, and the license to use EasyOne File Uploader under these Terms does not imply a license to use any intellectual property rights.

We make no warranty, express or implied, that EasyOne File Uploader is free from defects in fact or law (including, but not limited to, defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors or bugs, or infringement of rights). Neither Gigaphiles nor the Company shall be liable for any loss of files due to file transfer failure or server failure. The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between the User and other Users or third parties with respect to EasyOne File Uploader. Neither EasyOne File Uploader nor the Company shall be held responsible for any use of external sites, such as advertisements. EasyOne File Uploader shall not be liable for any other damages of any kind.
